Why Am I Shorter Than My Dad - Jeep Patriot Whining Noise When Acceleratingfriends Birthday Im shorter than most of my immediate family. Im 5’6, my mom is 5’9, my sister is 5’10 and my dad is 6’3. I just don’t get it, how my mom, dad and sister are tall, but i’m so short. I am still 14, so it kinda makes sense if i am shorter than my dad. But i also noticed that many kid same age as me is usually close to their mum’s (or even dad’s) height if not taller.
